Purple Night Sky

D'oh, I tell you - taking pictures at night is some horrible business >_<

I had so many really dark pictures of the harbour but when I tried to make them lighter/brighter with PhotoDraw they would become even worse -.- This is actually the only one that might be more or less ok... yet I don't like the grainy-ness and the darkness... but it was night, so what do you expect other than darkness?

Anyhow, I've been to the "Long Night of the Open Monument" (Lange Nacht des offenen Denkmals) of our city Stralsund - where every monument, church etc. would be open for visitors, it was raining and it was really dark and I can only repeat myself, taking pictures in the dark is not nice ... but anyway, the following pictures are from that night - and I tried my best to capture something apart from darkness that might be interesting ^^
